FAKHRUDDIN PROPERTIES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 2018 UK UGANDA CONVENTION

Internationally acclaimed property developers, FAKHRUDDIN PROPERTIES will be participating for the first time in the 2018 UK UGANDA TRADE & INVESTMENT CONVENTION through their group company in Uganda, FAKHRUDDIN PROPERTIES UGANDA LTD.

The Founder and Chairman of the UGANDA UK CONVENTION (UCUK), Mr. Willy Mutenza, expressed his satisfaction at having a real estate development company of the caliber of FAKHRUDDIN PROPERTIES join this prestigious event.

Mr. Mutenza further commented that there was a huge deficit of housing in Uganda and FAKHRUDDIN PROPERTIES is pioneering the drive to provide premium quality, modern homes at truly affordable prices.

The Marketing Director of FAKHRUDDIN PROPERTIES UGANDA, Mr. Haidry stated that taking part in UCUK was a source of great pride for the company.

“We are passionate about housing and our principal business goal in Uganda is to ensure that every Uganda can own a home. In Willy Mutenza we have found someone who shares this passion and who has been working tirelessly towards achieving that”.

“Access to ownership of homes in Uganda has thus far been limited to a very small section of the population because good quality homes are priced beyond the reach of the majority of Ugandans. We intend to change that. With proper planning and efficient systems it is absolutely possible to construct modern, quality homes which can be sold at truly affordable prices whilst still generating a profit for the developer”, said Haidry.

Current data indicates a housing deficit of 1.2 million homes in Uganda with a further 300,000 required year on year.

At this year’s event FAKHRUDDIN PROPERTIES UGANDA LTD will be showcasing its ongoing projects in Kampala, JASMINE COURT Najjera, HAZEL RESIDENCY Namugongo, TULIP TOWER Naalya and LILY HEIGHTS Naalya.

The company has structured a long term business plan aimed at developing several similar projects all across Uganda.
